Jacob Saour

Jacob Saour is the Director of Investments for Cortland Partners, based out of its Houston office. In this role, Jacob is responsible for evaluating potential investments as well as establishing and managing the asset-level business plans across Cortland’s regional portfolio. Jacob brings over a decade of real estate investment experience to Cortland.

Prior to joining Cortland, Jacob was a Director in the Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets Group focused on multifamily investment sales. At Cushman, he and his partners closed over $1 billion in transactions, mostly across Texas. Previously, he worked for Houlihan Lokey, a Los Angeles based investment bank Jacob formerly served on the board of Morgan’s Foods Incorporated (OTC: MFRD) and the Houston chapter of CCIM.

Jacob earned his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters in Real Estate from Texas A&M University in College Station.
