Mr. Robbins has over 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate, structured finance and renewable energy sectors focusing on building origination platforms, capital deployment and business development. At CleanFund, he is responsible for driving revenue growth and partner development. Prior to CleanFund, Chris held executive positions in a number of finance and real estate related companies, including six years as a principal of Appian Capital, a private commercial real estate investment company where he lead the firm’s capital strategy and business development efforts, deploying over $250M during his tenure. Mr. Robbins holds a B.A. degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. He is an active member of various industry associations and groups, including serving seven years on the Board of Directors of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) San Francisco Bay Area Chapter in addition to serving on the Energy and Environment Committee, BOMA San Francisco and the real estate and development council for City of Hope.
