Ari was born in Austin, Texas and currently lives there with his wife Kellie, and his two children, Kingston age 3, and Victoria age 6. He grew up in the Park Cities, a neighborhood in Dallas, for middle school and subsequently graduated from Highland Park High School in 2000. After graduating from Texas A&M, Ari went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from St. Mary’s University Law School in San Antonio and became licensed to practice law in Texas in May 2009. He founded his first real estate investment firm in 2006 while still in law school.

Since then, Ari has built a portfolio network designed to reduce risk and provide strong quarterly cash flows, with an emphasis on asset classes such as self-storage, multi-family, office, retail, and industrial. He’s been recognized for his specialties in recession-resilient strategies and commercial real estate investments. Ari credits his success to the close friends and mentors who’ve supported him along the way, including Nate Paul, CEO and founder of World Class Holdings, which is based in Austin, Texas.

He has maintained his commitment to a purposeful life. Ari is passionate about peak performance, health and wellness and spending time with his wife and kids. Ari is the driving force that moves Rastegar Equity Partners to “do good by doing well,” and is a longtime supporter of charitable organizations like Save the Children and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
