Curt R. Bailey is president of Related Midwest where he oversees new and existing development opportunities throughout the Midwest with a focus on Chicago. He leads a team of 60 talented architectural, planning and design, development, construction and professional services experts who are transforming the landscape of Chicago real estate. Bailey is responsible for a portfolio of luxury residential, mixed-use, and adaptive re-use properties valued in excess of $2 billion, including the visionary transformation of 111 West Wacker Drive, multiple condominium and rental properties that are redefining luxury living in Chicago and quality, affordable housing.

Mr. Bailey joined Related in 2008 with nearly 20 years of senior real estate experience having served as Senior Vice President at Duke Realty Corporation, where he sourced new development opportunities and oversaw nearly one billion in national projects. He also held executive development positions at Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs Company, and Opus North Corporation.
