Bobbi Moody is the Vice President of Management for Insula Companies. Supported by a team of regional and local property managers, Bobbi coordinates management policies and procedures and oversees the performance of all of the assets.

Ms. Moody has over 25 years of property management experience and has spent her career with some of the most distinguished names in the industry, including Lincoln Property Company, ZRS, and Equity Residential, among others. A specialist in the Tampa Bay, Sarasota and Orlando markets, she has served in positions at every level, from leasing agent to Senior Regional Manager and Vice President.

Ms. Moody has developed successful marketing strategies, overseen major capital renovations, and hired, trained, supervised and motivated all levels of on-site personnel. Ms. Moody holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa and has subsequently earned many industry certifications, including: Certified Apartment Manager (CAM); Community Association Manager (CAM); Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS); and the most esteemed industry designation: Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)®.
