John has over 30 years of real estate experience. Over his career, he has developed over $3 billion of institutional-grade commercial, residential and hospitality properties across the country. In 2016, John founded Hubbard Street Group and focuses his attention on new development and investment activity in Chicago and other major markets. HSG is currently developing seven mixed-use and transportation-oriented developments in some of Chicago’s hottest neighborhoods. HSG is also redeveloping a portion of the historic Marshall Field’s warehouse in Logan Square into The Fields Lofts, a collection of 123 luxury loft apartments.
