Chuck Meyer

Chuck Meyer is a Principal with PGIM Real Estate Finance. In this role, he serves as production team lead and is responsible for direct loan origination for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, the company’s General Account and mezzanine programs, with primary focus on owners of conventional multifamily and student housing. He is also charged with growing and developing GSE production staff and capabilities throughout the Midwest region. Chuck is located in Dublin, Ohio.

Prior to joining the company in 2013, he was a senior managing director at Red Capital Group (formerly Banc One Capital Funding Corporation), where he served from 1999 to 2013. There, he co-directed the loan origination platform for the company, focusing on permanent and interim lending. In addition, he helped build Red Capital’s third party equity placement capabilities.

Chuck received a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in business administration from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Capital University, where he graduated first in his class and with highest distinction.

Chuck serves on the Student Housing Council of the Urban Land Institute, and is an active participant of the National Multifamily Housing Council.
