James J. Cunningham serves as Marquette’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. With a diverse leadership background, an experience in both real estate and hospitality, Jim joined Marquette in 2011 with a focus on maximizing the productivity of existing operations systems. Jim’s creative thinking have led to the successful restructuring of the Marquette Management corporate staff and creating new positions to better support the on-site teams. He has also managed the successful implementation of new operations, maintenance, accounting and marketing systems, with a constant dedication to making Marquette a more efficient workplace. Jim is a Marquette’s Managing Broker and he holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Dayton.
