Dan serves as principal Bohler Engineering’s Mid-Atlantic region. He is responsible for the strategic operations of the region and plays an active role in project management and staff development. Over the years, Dan has become an industry leader with an expertise in urban design, site feasibility analyses, site layout and planning, zoning and subdivision/land development ordinance review interpretation. He has offered expert testimony in numerous jurisdictions before Planning Commissions, Zoning Hearing Boards and related entities in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania. Dan is a Board Member of the Washington, D.C. Economic Partnership and is on the Executive Committee for DCBIA’s Developing Leaders group.
