Bradley Snyder is a founding principal of Atlantic American Partners’ series of private equity funds, which invests equity in real estate developments throughout Florida. He leads the firm’s investment sourcing, underwriting and due diligence, as well as sourcing limited partners, particularly from Asia and South America.

With over $250 million of equity raised from foreign nationals seeking permanent residency in the United States through the U.S. EB-5 Investor Visa Program, the firm has invested in a portfolio of more than $1 billion of real estate development assets since 2010. The firm’s portfolio includes over 3,500 multifamily units, 1,500 hotel rooms and 500,000 square feet of retail space.

Prior to the formation of Atlantic American Partners’ EB-5 funds, Bradley served as Managing Director of Investment Banking within the firm’s investment banking group. Providing merger & acquisition and capital raising services, Bradley worked with companies of all stages and size and in a wide range of industries: business and financial services, hospitality, construction, distribution, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and biotechnology. Prior to joining Atlantic American Partners, Bradley worked with several Florida-based investment banks, providing capital formation, merger & acquisition, financial and operational and valuation services.

Bradley earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Miami, in Coral Gables, FL.
