Mr. Grossman is a Senior Vice President and has been with the firm since 2012. He is responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of potential investments, which includes gathering market information, financial modeling and comparable property analysis. Prior to joining LEM, Mr. Grossman was an Associate at Brookfield Properties Corporation in their New York-based Development Group where he focused on due diligence and financial analysis of various commercial real estate development transactions. Mr. Grossman was previously at AREA Property Partners in New York and Forest City International in London, where his experience included due diligence and underwriting of equity and debt restructurings as well as the acquisitions of mezzanine loans, distressed loan portfolios and various development and investment opportunities.
