Mr. Eisner is a founding partner of LEM Capital, a real estate private equity firm with a 16-year track record focused on protecting investors downside and building portfolios to help deliver dependable current cash flow and equity upside through good and bad cycles. The firm runs a series of private equity funds focused on investing in value-add multifamily properties in primary and secondary U.S. markets partnering with local, vertically integrated real estate companies that are skilled at renovating, repositioning and managing multifamily properties.
Since founding LEM in 2001, he has been involved in all aspects of the company’s formation and operations, co-managing LEM’s five existing funds with over $1 billion of equity commitments and investments in over $7 billion in real estate contributing to their expertise in structuring, execution and asset management. This includes acquiring 80 value-add multifamily properties totaling over 18,000 apartment units in 27 markets across the United since 2011.
Previous to LEM, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of a publicly traded commercial mortgage REIT and the Chief Financial Officer of two private real estate investment firms.
Mr. Eisner is a member of both the Board of Directors and the Workforce Housing Committee of the National Multifamily Housing Council and a member of the President’s Real Estate Council of Drexel University. He holds a Bachelors degree from Rutgers College.
