Riverwalk Properties is the definition of a smart growth development that supports the local economy, community values, cultural differences and environmental health. Sal’s efforts have resulted in the creation of one of the area’s largest mixed-use communities. Sal’s innovative concepts in team-building have created a culture of entrepreneurialism and success resulting in Sal raising over 300 million in capital through his various business interests.

The growth of Lupoli Companies has been made possible by Sal’s unparalleled business approach, in which he invests in his tenants to ensure that his property fits their needs and their growth. Consequently, Lupoli Companies real estate empire consists of 4.6M square feet of space and is still growing with the addition of a brand new state-of-the-art medical building in Andover, Massachusetts conveniently located off Route 93. The Andover Medical Center provides a much-needed service to the residents of the Merrimack Valley bringing world-class treatment and care to the region. The Thorndike Exchange, a new mixed-use development is also underway in Lowell, Massachusetts. This project is adjacent to the Gallagher Transportation Center and focuses on the development of one of the city’s most notable mill buildings, the former Thorndike Factory Outlet and Comfort Furniture. This remarkable asset will soon be transformed into a premier live-work-play campus with immediate access to commuter rail and an abundance of lifestyle amenities. The Hampton Beach Casino complex in New Hampshire continues to expand and will include amenities, services and commercial businesses along its pristine coastline. Future plans to develop real estate holdings on Dascomb Road in Andover, Massachusetts and Merrimack Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts are underway and will follow Lupoli Companies’ model of creating comprehensive mixed-use communities within urban areas.
