Nickolay Bochilo is a Senior Vice President of Investments at Bell Partners (“Bell”), a private real estate investment company headquartered in North Carolina. Bell is an investment manager specializing in the apartment sector; its investment holdings are valued in excess of $5 billion and are located in major US markets. Mr. Bochilo joined Bell in 2001 and has since been involved in transactions valued in excess of $4 billion, spanning across apartment, retail and senior housing holdings. He is a member of Urban Land Institute and NMHC’s Emerging Leaders Committee. A native of Belarus, Mr. Bochilo came to the U.S. in 1998 through the Future Leaders Exchange scholarship sponsored by the US Department of State. He holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a BS degree in Business and Economics from Greensboro College, where he graduated with honors. Mr. Bochilo resides in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife Martha and two daughters, Sofia and Aleksandra.
