Phuong is a CPA with over 25 years of experience working with real estate companies and high-net-worth individuals. He specializes in tax planning and consultation around complex real estate transactions, including 1031 exchanges, financing arrangements and various type of joint ventures. He is a partner in the firm’s real estate practice group, and has been with the firm since he began his career in 1990.

Phuong holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from CSU East Bay, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, AICPA, California Society of CPAs, San Mateo County Bar Association.
