Vince is a partner and owner in Worthing Capital LLC which is a closely held partnership with John and Matt Worthing. Worthing Capital is a landlord, investor, developer and manager of various commercial and residential properties, mainly in the Silicon Valley and Bay Area. Vince has overseen the redevelopment of over 1400 ‘value add’ apartment units over the past 20 plus years.

Vince is a 1983 graduate of Stanford University with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering. He is a former All-Pac-10 3rd baseman at Stanford and played 2 minor league seasons with the Texas Rangers after graduation. Prior to forming Worthing Capital, he worked as an engineer for Hewlett Packard in Palo Alto and at First Union Investment Corporation as a real estate agent.
