Robert Younkin is a Principal with PGIM Real Estate Finance.  In this role, he is responsible for managing the Agency loan production team expansion and development in the Western United States, in addition to growing the company’s multifamily and manufactured housing loan portfolio. Robert is located in Los Angeles, California.

Robert has extensive experience and industry knowledge in multifamily lending. Over his 15+ year career, he has originated an array of transaction types, including acquisition, refinancing and new construction for multifamily properties and manufactured housing communities. He has originated $4.0 billion in Agency loans over the last 10 years.

Prior to joining the company in 2017, Robert served as Vice President at PNC Real Estate, where he helped lead a high-volume Agency origination team that produced over $800 million in 2017 alone.

Robert received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
