He directs the overall design vision and business strategy that clearly differentiates Caron from its competitors.

 Driven to lead a client value-focused architecture firm and to help clients navigate a clear route through the complex processes of development, Radim inspires his team to raise the standard of design with an unwavering creative energy, strength, and determination. His goal is to bring forth a unified solution to suit clients’ diverse investment challenges and opportunities. A Miami University alumnus with NCARB certification, Radim has designed projects around the world and is a registered architect licensed to practice in Washington, Alaska, Oregon, California, Hawaii and Nevada.
