Holly Casper is the Vice President of Operations for the Carolinas for RIVERGATE KW RESIDENTIAL. She is responsible for overall property operations, execution of corporate strategy and business development. Prior to joining the team, Holly served as a District Manager for Camden Property Trust. During her six-year career with Camden, Holly acted as the lead for community repositions, new construction lease ups, budget preparation, and dispositions. She possesses an in-depth knowledge of the corporate housing industry with a 5 year tenure working for Oakwood and Post Properties. She holds both CAM and CAPS designations.

Holly is a board member of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association and has served on the GCAA Programs Committee, Membership and Operations Committee over the past four years. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Maryland.
