Daniel Eller is President and Chief Executive Officer of Eller Capital Partners and its affiliated entities. Mr. Eller is responsible for all activities of the companies and he is particularly involved in the overall strategy and growth of the firm through active involvement in new acquisitions, development opportunities, project capitalization and strategic dispositions.

Prior to founding Eller Capital Partners, Mr. Eller was an investment broker in the Carolinas region for a leading multifamily investment sales firm based in the Southeast. By the time of his departure, Mr. Eller had led the marketing efforts for over $500 million worth of multifamily assets in North Carolina and South Carolina. Mr. Eller was also previously a partner in a firm that made several opportunistic acquisitions of distressed multifamily assets from lenders in 2009 and 2010.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Eller has been meaningfully involved in real estate transactions totaling in excess of $1 billion. He has also been an active business leader in the Chapel Hill community, and has contributed in a variety of ways to local philanthropic causes.

Mr. Eller currently serves on the board of directors of the Chapel Hill Chamber of Commerce and the East Chapel Hill Rotary Club, for which he also serves as chair of the service committee. He has previously been recognized as the Chapel Hill Young Professional of the Year and as a recipient of the Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Leadership Award.

Mr. Eller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute, among many other processional organizations. Mr. Eller is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.
