Jack Fiorella, President and Chief Executive Officer, founded the company in 1976 and since that time has been actively engaged in the acquisition, development and asset management of Class-A multifamily properties for the company.

Fiorella has served as a member of the board of both Red Mountain Bank and Heritage Bank. He is a current member of the Alabama Chapter of the Realtors National Marketing Institute through which he successfully completed commercial real estate investment courses to receive the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
Fiorella is a very successful broker with the Birmingham Association of Realtors earning multiple annual awards including Top Producer in Acquisitions, Largest Investment Volume, and Largest Development Volume.
