Elizabeth Davis is a director of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA). Ms. Davis has more than 20 years of experience working with institutional clients in the areas of development, property repositioning and marketing, equity planning and brokerage. She has been directly involved in sales totaling more than $500 million in multifamily assets for some of the nation’s largest institutional investors.

Prior to joining IPA, Ms. Davis was a broker with ARA Northwest, focusing on institutional transactions in Oregon and Washington. Her work has been published in Urban Land, Multi-Housing News, GlobeStreet, Multifamily Executive and The Washington Post. She was named a CoStar Power Broker for three years in a row, and has received numerous other industry honors, including Maxi Awards, RAC Awards, a Telly Award and recognition as one of Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence in 2014.

Elizabeth graduated cum laude from Oregon State University, where she studied journalism and business. She completed post-graduate courses in real estate finance and law at UCLA. She is a full member of Urban Land Institute and Multifamily NW.
