Nate Dreon is a real estate advisor and investor with 20 years’ experience working the Pacific Northwest real estate markets, primarily focused on private equity investment across a diverse set of asset classes including office, multi-family, retail, industrial, marina, and resort properties.

Prior to working with Fundrise, Nate served 10 years as president of Ilahie Holdings, the real estate investment division of Saltchuk Resources. Before that he served as vice president of Foss Redevelopment Company.

Dreon graduated from Wheaton College and earned an MBA from the University of Washington. He is on the board of directors for Pacific Hospital Preservation and Development Authority.
