Jason Busboom serves as the President of Busboom Group. Jason started the Busboom Group in late 2005 to focus on acquiring, managing, and developing multi-family assets in the Denver metro area. Prior to Busboom Group, Jason worked for 3 years at AIMCO, an S&P 500 Apartment REIT where he worked in the Acquisitions department. He was involved in almost $300 million in acquisitions, primarily in Manhattan and other very high-barrier to entry markets. He also worked in the AIMCO Operations group where he managed multi-million cost reduction projects. Prior to AIMCO, Jason was a strategy and technology consultant in Chicago for 7 years where he focused on large-scale cost reduction and revenue generation projects. Jason’s clients numbered approximately 35 clients in various industries and ranged from Fortune 10 companies to smaller industrial clients.

Jason has a Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, a Supply Chain Management Degree from the University of Illinois, and lives in Frisco, Texas with his wife, Christine, and 2 children.
