Jeff Allen currently serves as Vice-President, U.S. Commercial Real Estate with BMO Harris Bank, lending capital to real estate investors with a focus on the greater Chicagoland area. Jeff has extensive commercial banking experience with expertise in commercial underwriting, portfolio management, asset quality, loan review, and bank operations.

Prior to joining BMO Harris, Jeff served as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Banker with Urban Partnership Bank, providing lending resources to investors with a niche in developing underserved communities throughout the greater Chicagoland area.

Jeff earned his B.S. in Economics with a minor in Finance from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida.

Committed to community development and financial empowerment, Jeff currently serves on the Metro Board of Neighborhood Housing Services and the Steering Committee of the Financial Services Pipeline Initiative. Additionally, Jeff is a member of the Emerging Leaders of the Business Leadership Council, the Illinois Bankers’ Association, and the Real Estate Investment Association.
