Jeff has over 40 years of construction management experience on a wide variety of retail, commercial, industrial, hotel, housing, office, medical, garage and institutional facilities. Starting as a timekeeper in 1971, he advanced to assistant superintendent, expediter, estimator, project manager and eventually president of a major construction firm in Philadelphia.

In 1984, Jeff established Jeffrey M. Brown Associates with a focus on cultivating lasting client relationships and providing the highest level of service. The firm has continued to evolve and is currently serving clients on a national basis.

Jeff is founder and principal partner in Brown Hill Development. New York City projects include Federal Express City Station, The Porter House Condominiums and The Stack, NYC’s first multi-story modular apartment building.
