Joshua Jandris joined Marcus & Millichap as an investment associate in December of 2006. He is a Vice President of Investments in the National Seniors Housing Group of Marcus & Millichap and Senior Director of the Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) Health Care practice. Since 2010, Jandris has closed approximately $2.25 billion in seniors housing transactions across 40 states, representing private investors, institutional clients, and seniors housing operators in the disposition of their seniors housing facilities and portfolios.

In the last 24 months alone, Jandris has closed over $1.5 billion in transactions across 19 states, including the sales of a $500 million portfolio in Texas, a $120 million portfolio in Pennsylvania and a $150 million portfolio in the Pacific Northwest. Jandris has been one of the firm’s top performing agents, having received the National Achievement Award in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and the Sales Recognition award in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Jandris and his partner Mark Myers have been the top two agents in the firm’s Chicago offices for the last four years, and the firm’s top two seniors housing agents over the same period. Jandris was named a Top Thirty Professional for Marcus & Millichap in 2015. Jandris received a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from the University of Iowa
