Justin Palmer is the CEO and co-founder of Synapse Development Group. Prior to founding Synapse, his experience included rolesat Clarion Partners (f/k/a ING Clarion), a global real estate investment management firm with $31.9 billion in assets undermanagement, where he was a member the of the Lion Value Fund portfolio management team; and Lehman Brothers, where heoversaw the work-out and repositioning of a 1,300-unit multi-family portfolio in New York City, as well as the foreclosure andrestructuring of a large mixed-use development portfolio totaling 1.4 million square feet of development rights located in New Yorkand Washington, D.C. At Lehman, Mr. Palmer completed over $75 million in construction projects, primarily in New York City, and isnow actively developing projects with total costs of approximately $170 million in New York and San Francisco.Mr. Palmer earned a B.A. with honors in history and macroeconomics from the Weissman School of Arts and Sciences at BernardBaruch College (CUNY).
