Keith is responsible for RealPage’s Revenue Optimization and Business Intelligence platform, and serves in the ongoing education of the multifamily industry on the benefits and best practices associated with asset optimization and business intelligence. Involved with YieldStar since its inception, Keith has been an integral part of the growth and successful adoption of revenue management and asset optimization overall. Keith brings 15 years of experience in pricing and asset performance evaluation to YieldStar, following a career at JPI, which included involvement in key strategic initiatives related to portfolio diversification, asset site selection and ongoing operational performance improvement.
