Matthew B. Lester graduated from the University of Michigan in 1987 with a bachelor degree in history and from the University of Southern California in 1990 with a law degree. After graduation, Mr. Lester joined the law firm of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss, P.C. and developed a successful litigation and real estate practice. While engaged in the practice of law, Mr. Lester initiated his real estate investment career and made his first successful acquisition. In 1994, Mr. Lester founded Princeton Enterprises, L.L.C., a privately held real estate investment company that owns and operates a portfolio of commercial, medical and multifamily assets located in several states throughout the Midwest. Mr. Lester and his various partners have acquired over 100 properties, specializing in adding value to multi-family communities that have been poorly operated or managed. As chief executive officer of Princeton, Mr. Lester oversees the entire company and is responsible for the fiscal operation of each property in the portfolio. Mr. Lester is involved in every aspect of the daily operation of property management and employs an experienced and talented staff responsible for executing his strategic vision for the company.
