Jake’s expertise spans both new ground up development work as well as adaptive reuse of existing buildings. His Clients range from King County to Seattle Children’s Hospital and UW. Jake is currently leading the Spectrum development efforts to create workforce housing for young professionals, teachers, nurses, and civil servants.
