Milan P. Rubenstein is a principal of Windy City RE LLC, a value add real estate Investment Company. Milan started his commercial real estate carrier in Los Angeles, and in 2010 entered the Chicago market. Since then he acquired approximately 80 apartment and mixed-use buildings, several large retail centers, office high rises in the Loop and has been the major force behind revitalizing of South Loop’s Motor Row area. He recently developed one of his properties into the newest Chicago Equity Theater, Windy City Playhouse. Milan deals with acquisitions and dispositions, overseeing his office and construction staff, bank financing, and manages investor relations. He is involved with many business organizations including EO, YPO, and sits on many local charity boards.
