Born and raised in Washington, Devin graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiology. As a Construction Manager, Devin has overseen over $150MM in commercial construction work in the Puget Sound Region. Devin is an expert in providing cost estimating, value engineering, and project management services for health care, commercial office, multifamily, retail, education, and hospitality markets. His primary focus has been business development, operational practices, overall regional strategy, project execution, and client relations.
