Tom Parsons
President – Pacific Northwest

As President of the Pacific Northwest, Tom Parsons has responsibility for all development operation and strategic planning, including site acquisition, finance, marketing, leasing, investment sales and asset management.

He brings to Holland over 25 years of development experience in residential and mixed-use projects as well as office, industrial, retail and hi-tech properties in the Puget Sound Region.

Prior to joining Holland Partner Group, Tom spent 13 years with Opus Northwest as Senior Vice-President managing the Pacific Northwest building significant projects totaling over 15 million square feet and valued in excess of $1.8 billion. Opus has collaborated with Holland Partner Group on residential projects totaling over 1,000 units, including Portland’s Ladd high-rise apartments, Seattle’s Dexter Lake Union apartments, the mixed-use M Street project, and most recently 1200 Madison.

Tom’s professional and community relationships are extensive. He is past president of the National Associate of Office and Industrial Properties and the Kirkland Boys and Girls Clubs, and has been a member of NAIOP, BOMA International, ICSC and various regional chambers of commerce and business associations for years.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Principia College in Elsah, Illinois. He has continued his education through the BOMA, RPA program.
