Barrett Sigmund is the Manager of Investments at Security Properties, and has been with the company for nine years. Prior to serving in this capacity Mr. Sigmund served as Director of Acquisitions at Security Properties. In this role, he was involved with over $1,000,000,000 worth of primarily multifamily acquisitions in the Western United States. Over $70,000,000 of capital was invested in rehabbing and repositioning these assets. Mr. Sigmund graduated magna cum laude from Allegheny College, PA where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa society and received the outstanding achievement prize in economics. In addition, he graduated from the evening MBA program at the University of Washington.
