Annette Thurman is currently responsible for overseeing more than 8,000 apartment units in Alliance’s Northwest region. With 13 years of experience as a successful director of multifamily corporate and on-site teams, Ms. Thurman’s background includes operating lease-up, stabilized, rehab, new construction and student housing communities. Prior to joining Alliance, she was Vice President of Northern California for Riverstone Residential. Ms. Thurman has earned a Site Compliance Specialist certification and National Compliance Professional designation. She is a licensed Washington real estate agent, and is active in the Tri-County California Apartment Association and the California Apartment Association.
