Mr. Wyzykowski is an Acquisitions & Entitlements Manager with JDA West, LLC. In his role, Mr. Wyzykowski concentrates on market analysis, site selection, contract negotiation, and entitlement processing for new apartment development projects throughout Orange County, the Inland Empire, and the Pacific Northwest. Formerly, Marc Wyzykowski was an Associate with Watt Investment Partners, LLC where he sourced retail and multi-family acquisitions while managing over $20MM of investments related to single-family foreclosures. Prior to his career in real estate investment, Mr. Wyzykowski was a practicing architect serving as project manager for multiple firms in New York City and Los Angeles. He specialized in multi-family, hospitality, and automotive projects.

Mr. Wyzykowski earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arkansas. He received his Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
