Toni Rials

As a Dallas-based Regional Vice President with Pinnacle, Toni Rials oversees property management and operations for a portfolio comprised of 65 apartment communities totaling 18,000 units throughout North Texas. In this role, she is responsible for creating aggressive revenue strategies and expense control to increase value for property owners, in addition to mentoring and elevating her 16-person team to their highest potential.

Ms. Rials joined Pinnacle in 2015 with over 25 years of operations, business development and marketing experience. Throughout her career, she has provided oversight for more than 80,000 units and achieved consistent value-add results for her clients across the country. She is adept at creating policies, improving expense control, providing financial analysis, executing capital improvements and exceeding NOI expectations.

Over the past decade, Rials has worked in a supervisory capacity at firms such as Gables Residential, Colonial Properties Trust, BRE Properties and Prime Group. She holds a Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and sits on the Board of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas. Rials earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Forbes School of Business at Ashford University.
