Wade Casstevens, with over eight years of experience in real estate investment and banking, focuses on the firm’s investments in residential development opportunities.

Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Casstevens was a Development Director for Post Properties where he entitled, planned and developed $250 million of mixed-use projects in the Washington, DC metro area. Prior to Post Properties, he worked at Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage where he financed over $500 million of commercial properties. Mr. Casstevens received his MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School and BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
